For many students and families, the holiday time brings a sigh of relief - break from school, break from schoolwork and time to relax with family and friends. But, the holiday time can also bring about great anxiety and stress for many families. Financial and travel obligations, deadlines for schoolwork and grand expectations can become very overwhelming. Coupled with the change of weather (and longer periods of darkness,) this time of year can be horrific!
