As most, if not all, school districts have returned back to learning, our new normal is now here. Whether remotely receiving instruction or in-person, students and staff are grappling with lots of uncertainty about the future of instruction, as well as the social-emotional well being of themselves.
Technology provides us with SO MANY ways to "check in" with ourselves, so let's use it! Below, from the Teach Though website, are a few free apps that teachers and/or students can download to help with movement and/or meditation breaks. Refocusing and shifting your energy is so very necessary during these times, so I hope at least one of the apps helps a student/parent/staff member get through another week of uncertainty.
